1
Like heaven you are: one form is bright, one is holy, like day and night, different in color. All magical powers you help, self-sufficient! May your bounty be here, O Pūṣan.
2
You have the goat as your burden, the protector of cattle, the one whose home is strength, the one who inspires hymns, Wielding your light-moving goad, seeing every creature, Pūṣan, God, goes forth.
3
O Pūṣan, with your golden ships that sail across the ocean, in the middle of the air, You go on a mission to Sūrya, subdued by love, eager for glory.
4
Nearest kin to heaven and earth is Pūṣan, generous, Lord of food, of marvelous justice, Who, strong and vigorous and swift-moving, subdued by love, the Deities gave to Sūrya.
