1

Fill your cup with mead from the Hotar’s vessel: Adhvaryus desires a full draught for himself. Bring it to him; he seeks it and gives it. Grantor of wealth, drink Soma with the Ritus from the Hotar’s cup.

2

To him I call, as I did before: He is invoked, his name is He Who Gives. Here, the priests have brought Soma mead. Grantor of wealth, drink Soma with the Ritus from the Hotar’s cup.

3

May the horses be fat with which you ride: Lord of the Wood, unharmed, strengthen yourself. Drawing and seizing, Bold One, you who grant wealth, drink Soma with the Ritus from the Neshatar’s cup.

4

From the Hotar’s cup and Potar’s, he has drunk and rejoiced: The offered food pleased him from the Neshatar’s bowl. The fourth cup, undisturbed, immortal, may he drink who gives wealth, the cup of the wealth-giving Deity.

5

Yoke, O you two, today your chariot bearing heroes, swift-moving hitherward: Your release place is here. Mix the offerings, then come hither with the mead, and drink the Soma, you rich in abundant strength.

6

Agni, take the fuel and our offering: Accept the prayer of man, accept our praise, Make the great Gods all taste the gift we bring, with Ritu, Excellent One, fain.
